Hi everyone. Well I finally got up the nerve to try this pattern out on my new Excalibur saw. I had the pattern for a couple of months and kept looking at it. It's one of Fish's patterns and it's made out of 1/4 inch B/B. I used a 64 drill bit and #1 blade for the whole thing. I just have to put a frame around it yet because this measures 8 1/2 x 12. There are a couple of minor mistakes but I won't point them out. LOL. Well I hope you all like it and advice is welcome.

Mike, This was the first delicate piece I cut with the saw. I did do a fire engine puzzle to. My spare saw now is my DeWalt 788. I have to say, I like this saw a lot better but I did do some great stuff with my 788. This is so quite and the blade change is so easy and quick.

You did a great job on the cutting Ralph, I bet even the pattern designer could not pick the mistakes.  ;)   You said that you find the EX21 blade change easier than the DeWalt, funny I find the DeWalt blade change easier..  We are all different.  ;):)

Very nice job.  I do not make mistakes when scrolling, I make "pattern modifications".

Great answer Paul

Also to Ralph,  I too have been eyeing this piece to cut. I think I will give it a try with the spiral blade I am trying to learn, when i do give it a go. It looks like a spiral blade pattern to me.
