My old saw

My dad bought this back in 1992. Anyone know who actually made it?  The only thing I can find on it besides True Value  is a label saying Power Tool Specialists.

Don't know for sure, but looks like an old Sears saw.

I had a Craftsman just like it .you tihten the blade in the back and it has a spring that looks like  zig zag , I bought it about the same time gave $200 for it expensive at the time. the spring broke in the late 90's so iI made one out of a close hanger and it held up till about 2013. it was a good saw.

I have a 1988 Jet saw 15" that looks a lot like that.  The arm on mine is not covered but the motor looks similar.  I paid $15 for it and use it almost every day.  I put Hegner clamps on it though.
