Ron Johnson Posted January 30, 2016 Report Posted January 30, 2016 I have limited space in my 12 x 8 shop and have been wanting to add a bench top drum sander but my counter top space is all utilized. So I purchased a MLCS 2326 drill press table and fence from Amazon for $76.00. Took about five seconds to attach to my 8" drill press. Excellent quality. I can see getting a lot of use from this table utilizing an existing tool, space and saving a few dollars. WayneMahler, amazingkevin, bobscroll and 2 others 5 Quote

LarryEA Posted January 30, 2016 Report Posted January 30, 2016 Very nice table Ron. Hey, where'd you get the sander attached to the drill? Ron Johnson 1 Quote
Ron Johnson Posted January 30, 2016 Author Report Posted January 30, 2016 Very nice table Ron. Hey, where'd you get the sander attached to the drill? Purchased from Big Horn in the US off the Amazon.com web site. It's a 12 piece ex long sanding kit $25.00 US. Excellent quality. Keep them clean with a piece of crepe and they'll last a long time. amazingkevin Posted January 30, 2016 Report Posted January 30, 2016 I do my sanding in thin air ,never though about a table with a drum sander! Ron Johnson 1 Quote
heppnerguy Posted January 31, 2016 Report Posted January 31, 2016 That should help you a lot. I use an inflatable drum sander as well. I like it a lot. I also have a spindle sander with several size sanding discs. One question.. was is the crepe you are talking about...Oh there goes my ignorance showing it's dirty head again... oh, I guess it is OK in The Village as there is no such thing as a dumb question so I am saved by the rule Dick heppnerguy Quote
