LittleJynx
Merry Christmas everyone! I finished the portrait of my wife. The wood is 1/8th birch ply. I used two blades, the FD SR #5 and the new 2/0 spiral. The frame is 110 year old Rosewood and heaven to work with. I Thank all those who gave technical help and most of all, moral support. The gimp tutorials are neat, but I have to give them more time. New Hampshire Joe

Vector01
Good job. Once you get the feel for the basics (GIMP), go ahead and experiment. Just keep adding layers as you go and save your work.
