Kevin,

   How are your wrists doing now? Be really careful not to over do things. They need time to strengthen. When they start feeling good is a sign they are getting better but don't forget how much they were hurting and it was not that long ago. Please take it slow and do not get yourself in that predicament again.

Believe it or not the 26 days at the gym trying all the machines twice a day really fixed my wrist tendonitis up.pain free now and full use of it!
