Both her and flowers are so beautiful. a bit of honesty now...........my wife and I volunteer every year to deliver flowers for our local florist on Valentines day and Mother's day.. I could not resist the chance to look like I was a hero and bought my wife a dozen roses but the truth is out and I can not tell a lie to all of you.. I work with them when I was in high school and after I got out of the service. Delivering flowers was a great job. When I retired, I went to work part time delivering flower. What a great retirement job. I did it for around 10 years after I retired. My wife got some Shari's Berries and Sheri's cheese cake bites. She has been sick with the flu and and hasn't got to eat them yet. Quote

Kepy Posted February 15, 2016 Report Posted February 15, 2016 My wife has been gone for a long time but as the caregiver for my mother, I have to come up with something. Flowers don't work as her vision is so bad she can't see them. So yesterday I baked her a pumpkin pie (her favorite) and made a batch of tuna noodle casserole which she also likes.
