daveww1 Posted February 20, 2016 Report Posted February 20, 2016 I used a pattern from the Jan. 2008 issue of Creative Woodworks & Crafts. I resawed some walnut, cut it a little thicker than 1/8" and sanded it with the drum sander to the final thickness. The back is 1/8" birch, I used a thinned craft paint to stain the background. It is finished with several coats of spray shellac. Lucky2, bobscroll and Birchbark 3 Quote
