Gonzo
In addition to getting frustrated by the little fret pieces of waste getting stuck between the dust port, andthe warped table, my new saw has now developed an intermittent rattle. It happens at all speeds and from what i can tell the rattle is located up front in the arm. Looks like I'm returning not only the warped table but the entire saw. Lucky2
Gonzo, it's to bad that your having problems with your new saw. If you return it, what will you do for a saw? I'm sure if you give them a chance, the company you bought it from should be able to solve all of your issues. Len
WayneMahler
Gonzo I have had mine for a couple months now. Have not had any real problems with it. Give them a chance to fix it and see what happens. Keep us posted on this please.
Scrappile
I'd have them give me a new one. The dust collector thing is common and most get rid of it as soon as possible, but the rest of the problems are unacceptable and you should get a new saw. That is my opinion at least. danny and WigWag Workshop
Gonzo
In my post I said I was returning it. What I should've said, and what I meant was to exchange it for a new saw. I'll give the store a call today

Sparkey
Gonzo I hope you have better luck with the new saw. I don't hear of very many problems with the EX saws. Hopefully that was just a bad one.
Jim Finn
Give the seller a chance to correct your problems. I bought a new, top of the line, Hegner and it vibrated badly. ( About the most expensive saw out there). I talked to the seller, Advanced Machinery, and they sent me some replacement parts and that fixed the problem. I have had it six years now with no more problems.
stoney
Yea I know getting a defective tool is discouraging but like others have said see how your seller responds. Most owners of EX21 saws really seem to say good things about them.
