I just bought a new epson printer wf-7610. It's able to print up to 11"x 17" I can't get it to print that size from inkscape or gimp and their tech support was no help. It will print in word but cant find a way to get the right size. I have all the settings on gimp and inkscape set to the right size paper. Is there anything you could think of that would help. Thanks Jeff

When i want to print bigger stuff i do it from excel.  it will let you put the picture across mutliple pages.  i then print it out, cut it and tape the pages together.

not exactly what you seek but easy solution.  also scalable to whatever size you want so you are no longer hemmed into what the printer or margins tell you you can and cant do.

Perhaps uninstall Gimp and Inkscape and install the most recent versions.  The driver for that printer series might be corrupted in the build.  At the very least uninstall GIMP and Inkscape and reinstall, this might clear up your issues.

Crupiea if it stops working i will try your fix.
