CATRK Posted June 2, 2016 Author Report Share Posted June 2, 2016 Thanks all. Yes I stack cut it out of 1/8" baltic birch plywood 4 layers. I made one each for 3 kids and one to display at shows. I got lucky at a recent garage sale and picked up about 30 frames for $10. I usually have to make my own. This one is 11 x 14. My son designed the pattern, his first attempt(gotta love geeks).
