Retirement gift

A good friend of mine retired from the Air Force this year after 20 years.  His family asked me to do a gift for him.  I modified a pattern by Steve Good and added another piece with the name.  Since he is a very private person I was asked to block out the name if I posted it anywhere on line.  This one I am happy with and he really liked it too.  Framed 11 x 14".

Nicely done, I like the idea you used for the plaque and I think i will take a photo of it so that I can keep in mind, some ideas for military retirement too. Thanks for honoring our vets, especially the ones that put taht many years of service. Glad you posted this, I looks really great
