drove me crazy as i'm not a think ahead kind of guy in wood.Everything sounded ok in my head but nothing went as planed.post-1607-0-92479900-1464950053_thumb.jpgpost-1607-0-02911100-1464950073_thumb.jpgpost-1607-0-02021500-1464950089_thumb.jpgpost-1607-0-53713400-1464950113_thumb.jpgpost-1607-0-53354200-1464950154_thumb.jpgpost-1607-0-76271100-1464950174_thumb.jpg  This was a 4 hour ordeal,If i'd used the pin nailer from the beginning i could have cut the time way in half.She needs a box 4"x20" to put a cake on for display? for a wedding? 1/8" wood with 1/2" glued supports in the edges and corners with the scroll saw and 4" end cuts.

Oh yes the lighting here an there is not good but yes it's all self inclosed,sealed

Yes exactly but not access to the insides of the box.Im sorry for the photos
