GrampaJim
This is a Steve Good pattern I pulled into Inkscape and changed the 2nd line of words. It is my first time cutting cedar and really like it. To make it easier (because I am lazy ), I enlarged it a bunch from the original size, which made it a little to fragile. There is a crack on one of the letters at the top, but with a little effort I was able to fix it so it is almost undetectable. amazingkevin, MTCowpoke22 and neptun

I have bad luck cutting cedar .Too brittle.I spent 3 times as long repairing the project as it took to cut it.I see you did good, lucky you! rjR
#1. GREAT CUTTING! #2. I like cedar; but do not use it for any project that will tend to have small structure areas. #3. That will be a fragile piece unless made from a super good plywood.
rdatelle
Nice cutting Jim. I like cedar to. I'm doing a lot of compound cutting out of cedar. Yours came out good though. Don't you just hate it when a small piece will breat when your almost done. Glad you were able to fix it.
Fish
Great work. I really like cedar too. I've found you can seal it with mineral oil and after it dries the cedar smell comes back.

Lucky2
Nicely done Jim, with it being the size and style that it is, it would be fragile. Len
