I thought i posted this yesterday, hum ,another senior moment i guess.Someone at the store loves money .Ill find out and see if he's a taker for a 20 spot for this practice piece. It's a modified Scrollsaw Workshop project.I made the inside  1/2' thick so the dollar can sit on top of and you can turn the box over and over and not mess up the puzzle.Plus it's easy to put and take the puzzle on and off.Boiled linseed oil first then minwax clear brush on and rattel can clear on top of all.post-1607-0-57856100-1468338756_thumb.jpgpost-1607-0-76095400-1468338770_thumb.jpgpost-1607-0-69721200-1468338790_thumb.jpgpost-1607-0-83041500-1468338808_thumb.jpg

Nicely done Kevin.  You could of course make any denomination you wished for that.  The one I made for my nephew who is a CPA was a $1,000.000 bill.  Found a great picture of it on the internet.  Thanks for sharing this puzzle with us.

I like it, but if I were you, I wouldn't use real money going forward, or at least be very discreet.  The law is different with paper money than it is for coins.  See 18 USC 333, (https://www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/text/18/333)  I doubt these laws are often enforced, so your probably safe, but my luck, I would get nailed by some bored bureaucrat.
