woodknots Posted July 16, 2016 Report Posted July 16, 2016 Wife went to some yard sales this morning and found me some goodies she spent $375 total. the scroll saw is a type 1 dewalt he also gave her about 15 of Judy Roberts full size intarsia patterns and one of her intarsia books. I plugged everything and seems to be in great condition need to find manuals for the foredom tools but looks to be a good deal to me . Phantom Scroller, fastfreddy and CharleyL 3 Quote

Denny Knappen Posted July 18, 2016 Report Posted July 18, 2016 What a great score. Did she know the value of what she was buying? My wife would have no concept of the value. woodknots 1 Quote
Bill WIlson Posted July 18, 2016 Report Posted July 18, 2016 WOW! That sure beats the dishes, clothes and baby toys we typically see at yard sales around here. I can't imagine my wife even noticing anything like that at a yard sale, much less buying it. Outstanding! woodknots 1 Quote
heppnerguy Posted July 18, 2016 Report Posted July 18, 2016 Nice job, wife. I love it when the little wife has you in mind and also an understanding of what you might enjoy having. You are a lucky man to have a wife that keeps her eyes open and does not hesitate when the find is perfect. My wife is the same way.. love it Dick heppnerguy woodknots 1 Quote
woodknots Posted July 19, 2016 Author Report Posted July 19, 2016 My wife had fun reading all the comments - she said she might not have known the value of it all but she did know enough to call home and ask if it was something i would be interested in so that counts right??
