Reindeer

At the farmers market Saturday, I was asked to make a reindeer toy for a collector of wooden reindeer.  This is what I came up with.                  6" tall.

Now that is great...when I saw the wee picture with it being 6 inches  I thought it must have been band sawn....

but no....movable legs...........might have ago at that when my ticker allows more work.....................

Nice. Looks like a reindeer to me. Do the legs move.  I think I have a pattern for that size in a compound cut.

Yes the legs are attached using axle pegs so the legs do move.  This reindeer is only the most recent attempt at making toys with movable limbs.
