breadstick
I'm about to build Steve Good's wedding guest book pattern for some friends and I'm worried about the signatures holding up. I know sports jersey displays use UV-protective glass to keep the signatures intact over time. Has anyone used something like this? Where did you buy it? WayneMahler
Michaels craft / floral stores carry it. Just go the framing section. If you don't have them close, look for custom framing shops near you, they should carry it. I will say this, it is pricey around here. Denny Knappen
As a framing shop, we carry UV protection glass. In the industry it is called Conservation Glass both clear and reflection control. A particular side should face the artwork. The edge of the glass should be labeled. breadstick
Ordered the glass today. Not sure what discount was applied at Michael's, but it was originally $56, but knocked down to $24. Got the masterpiece series glass, which is the same except there is virtually no glare. Spending a few pennies on a wedding shower gift when I'm also providing a wedding day gift, but I really like these ladies, so it'll all be worth it. I'll post pictures in a few days.
