Delta SS350 - Clamp broken - Replacement?

Hey guys, I'm trying to find replacement or retrofit clamps for my Delta SS350.

 

The top clamp is just gone and needs to be replaced.

 

I've searched online for hours and can't find what I'm looking for.

 

 

I was hoping one of the experienced members of this forum might be able to help me.

I agree on the E Bay. I have 2 old 40-540s and I usually check out E Bay for spare parts. New is not readily available since Porter Cable bought them out.
