The pattern belongs to Sue Mey, Scrollsawartist.com.  If you go to her search engine and put in "retro scissors" you'll find them

I too like them and think they just might be a good seller at a craft sale. I too am interested in finding the patterns for these. Are you sharing that information?

Sure.  Scrollsawartist.com search for "Retro Scissors".  I put the post out to all the groups I belong to and even though I don't like to sell my stuff, I said that it looks to me like they would be gold at craft fairs.  The response has been overwhelming.
