Travis Posted September 6, 2016 Report Share Posted September 6, 2016 I never heard of Scroller Online being unscrupulous. They are a reseller of patterns. They have contracts with a number of prominent designers to sell their patterns on their behalf. So you may see some of your favorite designers from magazines also selling the same patterns through Scroller Online, and perhaps even designer's own website.
