Here's a cutting I did of a character who is the side kick of Captain America called Falcon.  Asked Don at Old Crow Scrollworks if he would do a pattern for me on it.  Needless to say he came through with

a great one.  Only thing I can ask Don did you have to even do the shoe laces on his boots?  When I got it I looked at it for a bit before trying to cut it.  Don did a great job and the detail really makes it.

Was a fun cut as I got started on it.  All the work Don did on the pattern came out in the cutting and I can see why he included all the detail he did in it..

Thanks Don for it and am sure glad I stack cut this one, not sure if I want that challenge any time soon.

Enjoy

Nice piece of artwork you have cut and assembled there.  Even the shoelaces.  ;)   Its understanding the right amount of detail that adds to a piece that is probably the hardest to grasp.  Looks like Don has it mastered.  Great pattern he designed.  Thanks for showing your work.  I am sure Don will enjoy seeing your piece cut out.

As always, you did a super job on it Jim. As you know, I love detailed patterns. I did notice one error in my pattern but I won't tell anyone if you don't.

Thanks for sharing it with us. Now I may have to do the Captain.

It maynot be in your pattern but in the way I cut it and what I cut.  There were some really close cuts I just did not feel I could do without breaking into the one next to it so I took the liberty of changing a couple of places.  Still really like the way it came out.  Got to love the detail.  Still looking over that out house you posted  and want to do but you got a bunch of cuts in that one.  Have to sneak up on it.  Jim
