hawkeye10 Posted September 15, 2016 Report Share Posted September 15, 2016 I got my order from Ocooch Hardwoods yesterday and look what I got. I think UPS drop shipped it from about 20,000 feet up. I sent Ocooch an email with pictures and they replied saying they would ship the damaged replacement boards quickly. He has been on the phone with customer service, supervisors and managers, and they all play dumb and cannot help him..... my son works for the company he his having trouble with!!! He he he he.....
