dgman
I've been using Flying Dutchman Ultra Reverse blades in sizes 1-7 for a long time now. I've been using Olson 2/0R blades because up until now FD UR didn't come in a 2/0. I just ordered more FD UR blades and noticed they now have UR in 2/0. Has anybody used the UR 2/0 blades yet? I had tried the FD SR 2/0 blades and could not control them. I ended up giving them away, so before I order some, I'd like to know if they do ok. Bill WIlson
I'll be interested in the replies to this question, as well. I had a similar experience with FD SR 2/0 blades in the past and have exclusively used Olson 2/0 since. I recently tried some #1 FDUR blades and like them a lot. If the 2/0 size is as good as the others, then I'll definitely have to try them out.

Denny Knappen
The smallest FD UR blade I use is #1. I would like to know too.
edward
I use FD PS # 2/0 and FD PS # 1 for a few years now, mostly for 1/8" BB and have also used them on 1/4" 1/2" Oak for small lettering in signs. Seems to work for me, haven't tried the others as of yet. Just my opinion. edward
redwine
The only 2/0 flat blade I ever tried was a FD don't remember the exact one but could not control it even with the slowest speed, also had the same problem with #1 blade. The #1 turned would not turn to the right regardless of what I did. About that time the UR became available and problem solved. I later found out that the #1 had a defect that caused the problem. It will be interesting to see how the new UR 2/0 will do. I have enough blades to carry me through to the new year and than place an order and for sure get a few of the new one. trailfndr
Bought a dozen to try out a month or so ago. Worked well on thin stock. Not something I would use a lot, as most of my cutting is Intarsia, but I cut a fretwork cross the other day and had no major issues. other than having to slow down my saw speed.
