hello from South Dakota

hi everyone.

 

i just found this forum tonight and have spent a couple of hrs looking around and decided to join all the great people that are members.

 

i have just acquired the love a scrollsawing and have only been doing it for a couple of months. its a great way to survive the winter here in south dakota.

 

i bought a used hegner single speed in november and played around with it and got hooked. just last week i was looking through craigslist in my area and found a dewalt 788 so i had to go have a look. to make a long story short it is sitting in my shop right now. i wanted variable speed and a better blade changing system and i just love the tensioning lever as compared to the one on my hegner.

 

well im getting typing cramps so i better go.
