It has a lot of silicate in its matrix and will dull your blades faster than normal. Thanks for sharing this with us. Looking forward to the bowl. Len No 3 ultrareverse from here. http://www.scrollsawbladespatterns.com/ultra_reverse.htm It's a bit hard and will burn if you don't move quick enough but I haven't changed it yet after a few more cuttings later but you know when your struggling with the blade and it's time to change it.
