rjR
Just decided to try one of these. Pattern was modified from the Lora Irish book "North American Wildlife Patterns". I also cut a template at the same time; just using clear tape to tape the plastic to the wood. The backer is about 5/16th acrylic that was just lying around the shop. The shelf part is a piece of fence cedar. As the acrylic was scuffed up, I just sanded enough to get a dull finish. The plywood is 1/2" and I will let it just age for effect. Approximate size of completed unit is 7 by about 12 inches. Debi Shipman, New Guy, lawson56 and 1 other
