Popular Post Rob Posted September 26, 2016 Popular Post Report Posted September 26, 2016 In France, children believe in "La Petite Souris" or the Little Mouse rather than the tooth fairy. This little mouse tooth holder is cut from reclaimed Rimu finished with Tung oil and beeswax. Waxed cotton tail for movement. Rob Casey Jourdan, Fab4, lawson56 and 7 others 10 Quote

Rob Posted September 26, 2016 Author Report Posted September 26, 2016 (edited) Very nice. But what do you believe in New Zealand? Will those sell there? We have the tooth fairy here but I did sell one at my last craft fair. Five minutes later the customer was back dragging a French man with him. The French man turned out to be another stall holder selling handmade chocolates. Unfortunately I did not have another mouse but my wife nagged me to make him this one as a matter of urgency. I wonder why?... Anyway, they seem popular. I explain the story and point out it is a lot easier to slip your hand under your child's pillow and retrieve one of these rather than hunt down a tiny tooth without waking the child.
