Elmers spray glue

I posted a while back that I was going to try Elmer's preposition spray glue if you are going to cut it today or you don't get finished  it isn't too great. The second day the pattern came up as I was cutting. Elmer's stick glue saved the day. I now have Krylon  . spray glue I know it will hold.IKE

I buy Elmer's spray glue by the case from Blick and have had no problems. Then again I spray very lightly and use the same day.

I have used 3M 45 and 77 and never had a problem .

I think I am using Loctite now but I have used several others with no problem. I know I haven't used Elmers.

Elmer's is the only repositionable glue that that I use, I've never had an issue with it. The only glue that has given me any trouble so far is 3M77, for me, it was a nightmare to use.

I'm staying with loctite as they have three strengths,light,med,and general performance

45 & 77 are very strong i would only use these if it was on blue tape

I use blue painters tape exclusive.

Used Elmer's with painters tape for a long time pattern lifted found 77 works great but is double the price but a lot less aggravating

I used 3m medium grade spray. If I have not properly covered the pattern, I may get some lifting when I am using regular paper. If the pattern is more complex, I will use card stock paper. Even if it lifts, it's easy to tack back down.
