ricklab
Judy Roberts pattern Used red heart, tzalam, hondorus mahogany, lyptus and gonsalaves. Can't "brag " too much, big boo boo on hind leg. Repaired my boo boo, not perfect but I think it is better. DWSUDEKUM
Rick that can be remedied by adding a thin shin at the "mistake" point I think. It still looks great though. Thanks for sharing this with us. DW
meflick
Most looks good. Do you plan to redo the rear leg? Only way I see to "fix" it at this point. As a newbie to Intarsia, I enjoy seeing your work and learning. Did you just over sand the area, or did it break or what happened? Besides the leg, rest is great. Dave Monk
Other than the leg it looks great. I get so bummed when something like that happens to me. It usually drives me crazy until I fix it or toss it. I usually give it my best shot to fix it. It is much too nice of a piece to scrap so I would definitely try to fix it. dave
GPscroller
Nice choices for the wood. Great job! Jeff
Ron Johnson
Very beautiful Rick. As a suggestion I would correct error by adding a couple of rock boulders. Difinitely worth salvaging.
Lucky2
Rick, even with the boo-boo, it's a beautiful piece. Will you be attempting to fix it, can you fix it with a longer sock on that leg? Len
wombatie
I had not even noticed the boo boo until I re read your post. It is a marvelous piece and I love the color of the wood for the body that you chose. I am sure that you will come up with something to fix his boo boo.
