MTCowpoke22
Finished cutting a few days ago, and finally finished the frames last night. "Risen" by Jody Smith on BB with oak frames. I torched the one for the dark highlights. Beginning to think I should've torched both. crupiea, lawson56, TripleJScroller and 5 others
TripleJScroller
Excellent work! I prefer the torched one myself, but they both look great! MTCowpoke22

Thanks for posting it. jim penquin Jim, I didn't see the difference either when I first looked but that was because I thought he meant on the images themselves. When I took a second look, I realized that the difference was in the frames. One you can see "darker" spots on from the torching. I like them both. Beautiful pieces of art with great cutting. Love the image. thanks for sharing. MTCowpoke22

DWSUDEKUM
Nicely done Tim. I belong to one of my areas art groups and they believe that it is the work that is the piece not the frame that surrounds it. I however believe that it is a total of all the elements, frame and work that makes the whole. Very nicely done. I like both but edge for the burnt one.
