hawkeye10
Don't ask me why I did this but I did make this dumb move. Is there away to fix it? lawson56
trackman
Make some sawdust useing same wood than mix with glue. Use a credit card to smooth. When dry sand. Scrolling Steve and Falcon
Birchbark
I assume you don't want to glue it. Here's my idea. But stay on the lines this time. Russell Dave Monk, Lucky2, Fab4 and 4 others
MTCowpoke22
I think I'd do what Russell is suggesting. The sawdust and glue fix might work too, but I'd be concerned about it while finishing cutting out the rest of the picture.
Phantom Scroller
What size blade you using looks like your struggling to stay on track.?? I would do what Russell suggests and modify the pattern slightly and it's sorted. Roly
LarryEA
I'm not seeing the problem..... maybe after you cut there is no problem
WayneMahler
Looks like Russell is suggesting what is the answer.
Sparkey
I would modify it also. That is why I use the FD 3/0 spirals. I can't stay on the lines with a straight blade.

Sparkey
My problem is the guy that got me started had me start with spirals. They were so easy to use because you don't have to turn the wood near as much. You just put pressure the direction you want the blade to cut. I only use straight blades for cutting 3/4" wood. If I am stack cutting 3 pieces of 1/4" plywood I will still use the spiral blade.
Lucky2
Don, I think Russell has given you the best fix info, I wouldn't try the dust and glue fix for this type of cutting. Len
lawson56
I agree also,I have used the dust glue method, works great in some fixes, With this problem go with Russell's fix.
hawkeye10
Repair update!!!!!! Well I used Russell's ""Birchbark"" suggestion to glue it but I did it a little different. Thanks Russell. You can see in the picture where I continued the cut to the tape. I then glued it together with CA glue. Being that it's going to have a backer board I think it will be okay. After me making such a big BooBoo I am pleased how it turned out.
