Rockytime
Someone makes a dedicated drill made specifically for drilling scroll saw blanks. I thought I had it in my bookmarks but apparently not as I cannot find it. Can someone help me here with a source? amazingkevin

Lucky2
Buy a Dremel, then add the plunging router base. With the selection of collets out there, you could hold any size of drill bit. Plus, you would own a Dremel that you could use for grinding and sanding purposes. Len

Scrolling Steve
Seyco has one at a reduced price and I have used it for about a year now and love it !
Rockytime
Just found a Dremel with a router attachment o craigs list for $60. Will look at it and check condition. Also searched for router attachment for my RotoZip. No longer made and very scarce so no luck there. If the Dremel is in good condition I think I will get it if he will dicker a little. ike
I bought a plunge router at Lowe's for $30 and the dremel cost about the same. I have 5 of them 4 were bought at garage Sales for $10 or less. I have each set up for special jobs. Saves time. Rolf
You want something with a chuck for the various drill sizes. The Rotozip only has 1/4 and 1/8 collets. I use a small high speed drill press from Micro Mark, but it has gotten a bit pricey. I do lots of smaller fretwork ornaments so the drill press works best for me. hawkeye10
Check Dan's post on this subject. It's the last post and was posted in 2014. I think this is a good idea. I will give him two thumbs up. http://www.scrollsawvillage.com/topic/9549-drilling-entry-holes-any-alternative-to-the-seyco-drill/page-
