Fab4 Posted November 4, 2016 Report Posted November 4, 2016 Hi Monti: I'd use it to smack that clown trying to sneak into my house Oh shoot, wait, I didn't answer your question O.k. I'm with Len on this one - Decoration Fab4 Quote
DWSUDEKUM Posted November 4, 2016 Report Posted November 4, 2016 That is a very nice hanger. Thanks for sharing this with us. If you want to use it on the table you need to fill everything you cut with that clay that hardens after heating, would give you a good surface and color as well. DW Scrolling Steve 1 Quote

Old Joe Posted November 4, 2016 Report Posted November 4, 2016 It's too nice to cut cheese on. Wall! Quote
Dan Posted November 4, 2016 Report Posted November 4, 2016 I'd make a collection of three or four with different words. Hang them on the wall as decoration, When needed use them as trivets. Why not both?? Quote
meflick Posted November 4, 2016 Report Posted November 4, 2016 I think I am on the "decoration" team's side. However, it could be either. Many people use their trivets as decorations until they need to use their functionality. Thanks for showing. Great job. Quote
GPscroller Posted November 5, 2016 Report Posted November 5, 2016 Decoration for me, but keep handy for whatever else one may need it for Nice cutting. Thanks for the pic. Jeff Quote
Montserrat Posted November 6, 2016 Author Report Posted November 6, 2016 Thanks guys. Daugther was at a fair today in Nashville - barely made her fees back. Tight-fisted bunch of people - i guess. Quote
meflick Posted November 6, 2016 Report Posted November 6, 2016 Sorry the sale didn't go as well as had hoped for your daughter. Maybe the warm weather we keep having kept many away and those who were couldn't imagine how close we really are to Christmas and needing gifts for it! Their loss! Quote
Sam777 Posted November 7, 2016 Report Posted November 7, 2016 Thanks guys. Daugther was at a fair today in Nashville - barely made her fees back. Tight-fisted bunch of people - i guess. That is a very nice piece. Not to copy others' vote but I would hang it and when needed use as a trivet. As far as barely making the space fees, I have done that many many times until I gave up on glasswork at craft shows or fair. Dont' feel bad. Good luck to her next time. Sam Quote
Sparkey Posted November 7, 2016 Report Posted November 7, 2016 Beautiful piece Monti. You can't go wrong either way. Quote
