I built one not nearly as nice some time ago, I used one of those acoustic ceiling panels as the back drop for the 1" thick bristle board - works well. I built one not nearly as nice some time ago, I used one of those acoustic ceiling panels as the back drop for the 1" thick bristle board - works well. i used 4" wide pieces for the sides and 3/4" for the back as well so it's 3-1/4" deep on the inside.
