Hello guys,

After I had a bronchitis and had to stay out the shop, I feel much better and yesterday I made this one, I got the pattern from Sue Mey to try it out. This morning I've done the sanding, it's very delicate, I used birch aircraft plywood, 2mm. Next time I'll try to stack cutting, for such a fine cutting.

very fine indeed! how do you sand such thin wood? is it just a case of being very careful and using thin pieces of sand paper?

Hello Paul,

I used sand paper 180 and 220 grid. I cut pieces of it, about 2"x2", or even smaller and with much patience and carefully I did the job
