amazingkevin Posted December 5, 2016 Report Posted December 5, 2016 3/4" plywood cut with a #12 to see how they come apart and go together and then i went to a #9 blade and then to a #7 scroll reverse.I change blades often so there;s no pushing and changing the angle of the blade for easy assembly .Roughly 30 minutes to cut one. She's a horse girl and will treasure these forever. Iguanadon Posted December 5, 2016 Report Posted December 5, 2016 (edited) Very nice Kevin. I just added those horses to my regular display and they get a lot of attention. I use a #3 Olson Mach Speed for mine. I like to keep the amount of play between puzzle pieces as minimal as possible. Edited December 5, 2016 by Iguanadon Quote

Piece of cake .hold these very loosely so it almost jumps out of your hand .Puzzles are very tricky to get each and every piece to be able to slide in and out from both directions.i purposely let the wood self center it's self to the blade by holding it loose and let the wood take it's own course to be plumb with the blade.
