Very nice Kevin.  I just added those horses to my regular display and they get a lot of attention.

 

I use a #3 Olson Mach Speed for mine.  I like to keep the amount of play between puzzle pieces as minimal as possible.

Nice job, I may have to try some of them for the heck of it.

Piece of cake .hold these very loosely so it almost jumps out of your hand .Puzzles are very tricky to get each and every piece to be able to slide in and out from both directions.i purposely let the wood self center it's self to the blade by holding it loose and let the wood take it's own course to be plumb with the blade.
