Could you help me with a couple of things please???????????????? :D

Firstly a friend of mine asked me if I knew a site where she could get a good and free Pop Art programme. I don't so maybe some one out there could help me out please......... Secondly could tell me where to get a font for scrolling scipt written names, you know where the letters join and flow together. Thanks for you help
