jbrowning
Just finished my first dog puzzle. It is cut out of 3/4" Poplar with no finish on it yet, cut with a FDUR #5. I cut out the design first, then cut out the veins the inside cuts and then I cut out the puzzle pieces. It was a lot of fun cutting this out. I need to work on keeping my blade from flexing. Thanks Iggy for you help on getting me started on these. Thanks Jim lawson56 and Iguanadon

amazingkevin
Use a very light touch holding the wood so the blade springs back to 90 degree .Makes for one time cuts that go together easy.

Iguanadon
Nicely done Jim. You'll get comfortable with everything and blade flexing won't be an issue after you cut 2 or 3 hundred of them. ;-) Is the poor fella blind though? I will not stop until I turn all of you into dog puzzle making zombies!!!!! Edited December 22, 2016 by Iguanadon jbrowning

Lucky2
Good looking puzzle Jim, I think it needs an eye though. It looks good as is, but, if there was an eye where there should be, it would look a lot better. Len
