Topic icons

I have noticed all my posts have a red star in the topic icons. Can someone tell me what it means please

When the circle is red, it means there are some posts that have not been read. If there is a star in the circle, it means that you have replied to that post. If the circle is red an has a star, it means you have replied to the post, but there are some new posts you haven't read yet.

 

Here's another tip. When you see the red circle, just to the right is an icon that looks like an orange paper with an arrow (between the red circle and the Topic Title). If you click that, it will take you directly to the unread post. That way you don't have to filter through a bunch of posts you already read and re-find your place.
