olddust1
This is a special order from a friend. The cutting is only 5" X 5". I had to tape a "0" clearance card on the saw table in order to catch some of the tiny pieces. heppnerguy
Did you glue some of the pieces back in place after cutting them? It looks like there are some floaters in it, so I was just wondering. Not trying to take anything away from your nice piece. It did indeed come out very nicely and like others have said, your friend should be extremely happy with it Dick heppnerguy
Lucky2
Good on you John, it's a cutting I'll never attempt, I just don't have the patience to glue all those loose pieces (floaters) back in place. Len

olddust1
Yes there are a number of floaters. Some as small as 1/16". That is why I had to install a "0" clearance card. I also used a #2/0 blade. John Old Dust
