Cut the salmon and fly on a slight angle so they would fit in a little bit sort of like a inlay I guess not sure if there a proper term for that kind on cutting. just sanded them flush on the back. Cut from 3/4" plywood and 1/2" plywood for the letters.left unfinished as the customer requested.the paint is done by a friend of mine that does a lot of painting.
