Scrappile Posted January 29, 2017 Report Posted January 29, 2017 (edited) That is a beautiful shaver. I have a shaver, soap cup and brush. All three turned out of soap stone. I use the shaver every time I shave. I do not use the brush and soap much just because it is more convenient to use the foam out of a can. Phantom Scroller Posted January 30, 2017 Author Report Posted January 30, 2017 Thanks Everyone for positive feedback I think I might do one in acrylic as well more water proof one thinks. Roly Quote

Rob Posted January 30, 2017 Report Posted January 30, 2017 Very nice Roly. I'm sure if you looked after it and dried it after use it would be OK but acrylic would make sense too. Rob P.S. What lathe and chuck do you have? Phantom Scroller 1 Quote

wombatie Posted January 31, 2017 Report Posted January 31, 2017 Looks great Roly but I think the acrylic will be more durable but the wood more elegant. Marg Phantom Scroller 1 Quote

It's a record lathe rotating head and two chucks RP3500 4 jaw. and second one setup with extra jaws for smaller stuff. http://www.scrollsawvillage.com/gallery/image/2145-inside-rolys-workshop-4a/ Quote
