I have done some projects using .032 copper sheets laminated onto 1/4" black, PVC plastic.I think the results are quite stunning. I have sanded the copper surface and also "torched" the surface to get the effect I want. (Torch the surface before you laminate the copper to the PVC).I use a Pegus, metal cutting blade, #5, and it works great.
