I have been scrolling for about 2 years. I have done some projects using .032 copper sheets laminated onto 1/4" black, PVC plastic.I think the results are quite stunning. I have sanded the copper surface and also "torched" the surface to get the effect I want. (Torch the surface before you laminate the copper to the PVC).I use a Pegus, metal cutting blade, #5, and it works great. post-28127-0-60098300-1485918452_thumb.jpg

Ahhh, another scroller in the Great Nothwest.  Welcome to the forum.  Maybe we can meet someday, I have a daughter that lives in Portland.   I really like your work and the copper is very interesting.  What do you use to glue it to PVC?

I use"spray contact cement". Works great!
