ScollSaw Slasher Posted February 4, 2017 Report Posted February 4, 2017 Two projects just finished up. #1 was a portrait from Jesse Ramirez from the pattern library. This one is going to my grand daughters bedroom. Great one to workout the use of spiral blades. #2 was for a neighbor who is a hunter and he wanted a leaping deer. Even brought me a picture. Found a pattern from Berry Basket that was close and with some modifications created this intarsia. He just picked it up and loved it giving me a little bonus payment. Yeah!! New Guy, TripleJScroller, leshko and 3 others 6 Quote

Rob Posted February 5, 2017 Report Posted February 5, 2017 The deer is great. I love the moon and the way you framed it. Rob Quote
heppnerguy Posted February 5, 2017 Report Posted February 5, 2017 Rob beat me to it.... I also like the way you added the frame and put the moon in it. Adds a lot over what most intarsia pieces are, as most a one figures. Thanks for showing us your work, It is inspiring Dick heppnerguy Quote

ScollSaw Slasher Posted February 5, 2017 Author Report Posted February 5, 2017 Hey Kevin, a picture of my shop would set scrolling back a hundred years. Does "TOTAL CHAOS" have any meaning. I think I mentioned it before, but Mrs Slasher still insists on putting her chariot into the garage/shop. So stuff is stuck into every nook and cranny. Just maybe I'll have to get rid of the golf clubs? Quote
