Name sign

I had a request for a family name sign plaque.. This was the pattern they chose. This one is for inside the house but I am going to be making them one for the out doors that will have inlayed letters when i get the wood for it. This one is made of 2 layers of 1/4 inch BB Ply

  yes I have been doing the extended backer board with the washer for almost 2 years now.  Every since I saw it mentioned  on a post somewhere and tried it.. It works so perfectly that I can not imagine not doing it that way
