Shout out for Wooden Teddy Bear

I read recent post here about concerns about WTB and their move to Idaho. Anyway last week my daughter requested a jeep pattern for her boy friend. A search of the web and this site found several but the one she really liked was sold by WTB. I went online and ordered the pattern mid afternoon of Thursday (Eastern Time) February 2. The pattern was in my mail box On Monday morning. One business day. Can't get much better than that.

For the record I have no connection to WTB. Just a happy camper sharing good news.

I've always been happy with WTB.

Remember also, that if all you're ordering are a couple of patterns.  Add a note to your order and they'll email them to you for 50 cents each instead of their standard shipping rate.

Scott for a fee of I think 50 cents they will email you a pattern. Just for small orders and orders that will fit on a printer page.

WOW I was not aware of that service. Thanks guys for passing that tidbit along. I will surely do that next time.

I recently ordered some patterns from them and it took almost 2 weeks to get them.  I was disappointed, until the package arrived and I seen that the post stamp was the day after I ordered it.  So Wooden Teddy Bear did their part and got it out quickly, but the US Postal service took their sweet time delivering it.

Yes the USPS can sometimes really make a mess of things. Last December I sent out 5 ornaments via 1st class mail. 4 or the 5 arrived in 2 business days (mail on a Thursday and arrived on Monday). The 5th one took 14 business days and two weekends. Per the USPS tracking system it crisscrossed the country twice. Twice it was within 30 miles of it's final destination. Sat in two different post offices for 5 days each. All the address info was correct. By some miracle it did arrive and in one piece.

I had e-mail problems with them for 2 patterns,The lady was a pleasure to talk to 3 or 4 times .and finally got it squared away .Seems it didn't like to be sent to my friends computer .When she sent it to mine it came instantly.I called her back to tell her the great news and told her why i called back.Usually you don't hear about good news just bad so i'm telling you some good news that it came instantly ,we both had a good laugh, lol.
