If you are going to use them for food I suggest that you use mineral oil / butcher block oil on them as that is human safe. Thanks for sharing these with us. A little correction. They first came out in CWWC May 2011. Diana Thompson's site is down. She had some health issues. I think you can also find them at scrolleronline.com.
