Don't know why the two Blackhawks look like there different color but I'm sure they where I never had both of them at the same so I could be wrong lol. there approxamently 6" in size made for 1/4" Birch plywood the all two layers. Don't remember if I posted this Moose sign or not but here's another one about 24"×24" made from 3/4" plywood painted black with white letters. Lucky2 Posted February 24, 2017 Report Share Posted February 24, 2017 Todd, if the pieces are small, a good way to sand them after cutting them out, is to place them back into the piece of wood they were cut from. Then get yourself a detail/mouse sander and sand away, you will not break anything.
