Scrappile
Ha, well I have at least 99% less on my lap, shoes and foot pedal. I added this box yesterday. Not as good as your dust collection, but it is quiet. blights69 and DukeNukem
DukeNukem
Ha, well I have at least 99% less on my lap, shoes and foot pedal. I added this box yesterday. Not as good as your dust collection, but it is quiet. I thought about drilling a hole where the dust drops and putting the nozzle in it but came up with this instead. AK Moose Nugget
We aren't supposed to SAVE the sawdust??? OMG!! I have been cringing every time a speck gets on the dog and he runs out. Good news is I can give back my wife's Tupperware I have purloined for sawdust storage. DukeNukem

David Lehner
However when I am sanding my pieces .... when warm temps come again I open the overhead door, place a fan behind me and let the dust blow into the alley.... I also have one of my small compressors there to blow the dust off the pieces before I stain and assemble. In fact in the summer I sometimes open the overhead door and use my small battery operated blower and "sweep" the floor of my shop with the blower..... much quicker
hawkeye10
Jerry I am sorry to hear you are having a problem getting enough dust under your table. My suggestion is spend a lot more time in your shop scrolling. Edited March 19, 2017 by hawkeye10
danny
And I know this has been said, but gotta chime in some. Square fan with Filter attached on Right side of Hegner. Medium size fan on Left. Both fans can be moved depending on size of project. Paul..........Have had a plastic enclosed basket attached directly below my Saw. Catches most all dust, etc. that falls. Just my 2 Cents...........Danny :+}
