heppnerguy Posted April 10, 2017 Report Posted April 10, 2017 Because I enjoyed making the two marine plaques for my friends and they gave me a $100 extra tip for my time spent making them, I decided the least I could do was to make and include this name plaque as a 'THANK YOU' for the nice order.. Scrappile Posted April 10, 2017 Report Posted April 10, 2017 Holy cow, my top drill instructor, when I want through boot camp was a Sargent Becker! He was a salty old jarhead. I wonder it this Becker is a relative. Maybe a Grandson.. heppnerguy 1 Quote

I do not believe so......Bill and Susan do have a son, but he is also an officer in the corp, I have never heard mention of a relative of his that also served in the Marines, I will ask them though. ....it would be interesting if it was so Dick heppnerguy Quote

Sgt. Becker served in Korea was in the "Battle of Chosin Reservoir" Lost most his toes to frost bite. Quote
